Jennifer Lopez has been forced to cancel promotional appearances for her new film and album in Europe due to illness.
A spokesperson for the 35-year-old star said that Lopez's ears were "clogged" and that doctors had told her not to fly.
Lopez had been due to attend the London premiere of her new film 'Shall We Dance' and take part in a number of TV appearances in Britain and Germany to promote her new album 'Rebirth'.
"Please accept my sincerest apologies as I have to remain in Los Angeles," Lopez said. "I am so proud of 'Shall We Dance' and was looking forward to visiting London."
'Shall We Dance' opens in Irish cinemas tomorrow, Friday 18 February.
