Production on 'Eucalyptus', the film starring Nicole Kidman and Russell Crowe, has been postponed so that more work can be done on the script.
The Hollywood Reporter says that shooting on the film was due to begin on Monday in Northern New South Wales in Australia, with both Kidman and Crowe in Sydney for rehearsals.
Commenting on the postponement, Fox Searchlight Pictures president Peter Rice said: "After consulting with all the creative elements involved in 'Eucalyptus', we have collectively agreed that the screenplay is not where we need it to be."
Fox Searchlight Pictures plans to restart work on the film when the actors' schedules permit.
