'Friends' co-creator Marta Kauffman is to executive produce a one-hour pilot show for a new, as-yet-untitled comedy-drama series.
The Hollywood Reporter says that the series follows four sisters who "navigate career, romance and relationships in New York".
TV giant the WB Network in the US has ordered the one-hour pilot to be made.
The pilot has been written by 'Sex and the City' writer Liz Tuccillo.
