British comedian Ricky Gervais is set to romance the Marge Simpson character when he makes a guest appearance in 'The Simpsons'.
The star of 'The Office' is to write an episode of 'The Simpsons', in which he will voice a character, but will not appear as himself.
According to reports, Gervais has written a romantic ballad, which he will sing to Marge in his guest episode.
Gervais has recently been busy with his own upcoming sitcom 'Extras', which has already signed up Samuel L Jackson, Ben Stiller, Kate Winslet and Jude Law to make guest appearances.
