Soky will welcome a new presenter to RTÉ Two's 'Den AM' on Monday morning.
23-year-old Bríd Treasa Wyndham from An Cheathrú Rua in Co Galway takes over from Geri Maye, who is now working on other programmes for RTÉ.
Speaking about her role as host, Bríd Treasa said: "I'm looking forward to my new challenge and I'm very excited to be working with Soky."
'The Disney Club' will also have a new host from 5 February, as Emma O'Driscoll takes over while regular presenter Mary Kingston is on maternity leave.
The 22-year-old, a former member of Six and runner-up on reality TV show 'Inside 252', said: "I’m really looking forward to presenting 'The Disney Club' because I'm really a big kid at heart."
