REM have announced an extra Dublin date for June 2005, due to phenomenal demand.
The band will play a third and final date on Sunday 19 June at Ardgillan Castle, Dublin, subject to licence.
REM are already scheduled to play Dublin's Point Theatre on 26 and 27 February, as part of their 'World Tour 2005'. Tickets for both dates sold out within hours of going on sale last October.
Tickets for REM's new date at Ardgillan Castle, priced at €59.50, will go on sale Friday 3 December from Ticketmaster outlets nationwide.
