British helmer David Yates is to direct the big screen adaptation of 'Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix'.
Variety reports that Yates' credits include the acclaimed TV dramas 'The Way We Live Now' and 'State of Play'.
He is also set to direct Jennifer Connelly and Paul Bettany in the film version of Evelyn Waugh's 'Brideshead Revisited'.
'Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix' is due to begin production in late 2005 and will reach cinemas in 2007.
