Screenwriter Michael Goldberg is to adapt 'Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix' for the big screen.
The Hollywood Reporter says that principal photography on the film is due to begin in late 2005 or early 2006 for a 2007 release.
Goldberg, whose credits include the screenplays for the recent 'Peter Pan' and 'Contact', takes over from Steve Kloves, who scripted the first four Potter films.
Kloves is now set to adapt and direct the movie version of Mark Haddon's best-selling book 'The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time'.
