The Irish Film and Television Awards were held in Dublin on Saturday night, with 'Song for a Raggy Boy' winning the People's Choice Award for Best Irish Film.
'Omagh' won the jury award for Best Irish Film, with 'Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King' named Best International Film.
Screen legend Maureen O'Hara received a Lifetime Achievement Award at the star-studded event, while Pierce Brosnan collected the award for Outstanding Contribution to Cinema.
Johnny Depp ('Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl') and Keira Knightley ('Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl', 'King Arthur') won the Best International Actor and Actress awards.
Gerard McSorley won the Best Actor award for his performance in 'Omagh', with Eva Birthistle winning Best Actress for 'Ae Fond Kiss...'.
Peter O'Toole was Best Supporting Actor for his performance in 'Troy', and Susan Lynch won Best Supporting Actress for '16 Years of Alcohol'.
Lenny Abrahamson was named Best Film Director for 'Adam and Paul', with Jeffrey Caine winning the Best Script award for 'Inside I'm Dancing'.
The award for Best Current Affairs/News Programme went to RTÉ's 'Prime Time' for its series of programmes on intellectual disability.
TV3's Clare Byrne was named Television Personality of the Year.
The awards will be broadcast on RTÉ 1 tonight at 9.30pm.
