Popster Britney Spears has formalised her recent marriage with dancer Kevin Federline.
The singer's publicist told Reuters: "All the proper paperwork was dealt with today, filed, done. It's all legal."
Spears and Federline exchanged vows at a secret wedding ceremony in Los Angeles last month.
The newlyweds bought their first home together, a gated mansion worth a reported $6.9m, in Malibu last week.
While formalising one union, Spears has sundered another as her manager, Larry Rudolph, announced that they had "mutually agreed not to renew their nine-year management relationship."
Rudolph is credited with discovering Spears, signing her when she was just 13 years old.
Spears said: "We had a great run and I appreciate all of Larry's guidance over the years. I wish him all of the best."
