Scarlett Johansson is in final talks to star opposite Ewan McGregor in 'The Island', the new sci-fi thriller from 'Armageddon' director Michael Bay.
The Hollywood Reporter says that the film tells the story of a "harvested being" (McGregor) who tries to escape from the utopian facility where he is being kept.
If Johansson signs up for the movie, she will play the only person whom McGregor's character can trust.
'The Island' is set to begin shooting on 25 October.
