Garbage singer Shirley Manson and Distillers frontwoman Brody Dalle recently joined Queens of the Stone Age in the studio to record vocals for the band's new album.
Billboard reports that Manson wrote about the session on Garbage's official website, paying tribute to the talents of both Dalle and Queens of the Stone Age frontman Josh Homme.
Earlier this summer, Queens of the Stone Age were joined in the studio by ZZ Top guitarist Billy F Gibbons.
The band's new album will be the first since the departure of bassist Nick Oliveri.
