A film based on the Omagh bombing six years ago has been shortlisted in the prestigious San Sebastian Film Festival in Spain.
'Omagh', which was co-financed by RTÉ, Channel Four and the Irish Film Board, is one of 15 titles in contention for the festival's Golden Shell prize.
The Pete Travis-directed film, which stars Gerard McSorley, Michele Forbes, Pauline Hutton and Fiona Glascott, faces competition from, among others, Michael Winterbottom's 'Nine Songs' and John Sayles' 'Silver City'.
The festival takes place from 16 to 25 August.
