Eminem is to become a host on a new hip-hop radio channel, which is expected to begin broadcasting in the autumn.
Billboard reports that Eminem and his labels Shady Records and Interscope have reached a deal with Sirius Satellite Radio in the US to create the as-yet-unnamed channel.
Satellite radio does not operate under the same broadcasting restrictions as terrestrial radio in the US and in a statement Eminem said: "We'll deliver an uncut hip-hop radio station like never before."
Eminem plans to debut new material and exclusive tracks on the channel, and fans will also have access to live show broadcasts and interviews.
