Britney Spears has been forced to cancel her US concert tour due to the knee injury she sustained last week while shooting her new video.
The 22-year-old underwent arthroscopic surgery on her left knee in New York last Wednesday after injuring herself while performing choreography for the video for new single 'Outrageous'.
She must remain off her feet for six weeks and, according to a statement, faces eight to 12 weeks rehabilitation.
Spears was also forced to cancel other concert dates earlier this year due to a previous knee injury.
