Britney Spears was hospitalised for arthroscopic surgery after she injured her knee during filming of her new video.
The 22-year-old was filming the video for 'Outrageous' with rapper Snoop Dogg in New York and hurt her knee during choreography. An MRI scan showed floating cartilage in her knee.
Spears was forced to cancel two shows in March due to a knee injury; the next leg of her US tour is due to begin on 22 June.
'Outrageous' is due to appear in the new Halle Berry adventure movie 'Catwoman'.
