Irish tenor Ronan Tynan will sing at the funeral of former US President Ronald Reagan on Friday.
Tynan was asked by the former US First Lady Nancy Reagan to perform 'Ave Maria' and 'Amazing Grace' at the National Cathedral in Washington, DC.
Reagan died on Saturday at the age of 93 after a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease.
Also taking part in the service will be former President George Bush, current president George W Bush, Baroness Margaret Thatcher and the former prime minister of Canada, Brian Mulroney, all who will be delivering eulogies.
A former member of the Three Tenors, Tynan said "I am deeply honored to have been asked to sing on Friday, and I extend my sincere sympathy to the Reagan family."
