Reese Witherspoon is in talks to star in and produce a new supernatural thriller called 'The Reckoning'.
The Hollywood Reporter says that the film is based on the upcoming book by Jeff Long, and the script will be written by 'The Silence of the Lambs' scribe Ted Tally.
'The Reckoning' tells the story of a photojournalist who travels with a team to Cambodia to recover the bones of lost soldiers.
Witherspoon will next be seen in the big screen adaptation of 'Vanity Fair'.
