Reese Witherspoon has signed up to star in a romantic comedy called 'Sammy'.
According to Variety, 'Sammy' is about a woman who understands what animals are thinking.
The film has been written by Delia Ephron who recently finished work on the screenplay for an updated film version of the TV series 'Bewitched'.
Witherspoon will appear on Irish screens later this year as Becky Sharp in a film adaptation of Thackeray's 'Vanity Fair'.
