It has been announced that singer Ronan Tynan will leave the Irish Tenors later this year to concentrate on his solo career.
Billboard quotes the singer as saying: "It has been a fantastic six years working with my good friends Anthony Kearns and Finbar Wright, but I have been spread too thin."
He added that he would perform with the group in the future if his schedule permits.
Tynan is working on two solo albums and talks are underway to bring his autobiography, 'Halfway Home: My Life 'Til Now', to the big screen.
