Golden Globe-winning star Kim Cattrall has signed on for her first film role since the end of hit series 'Sex and the City'.
The Hollywood Reporter says that Cattrall will star in 'Ice Princess', the story of an ice skating instructor who once had the chance to make the Olympics but is now helping a young hopeful fulfil her dreams.
Her onscreen protégé will be played by former 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer' star Michelle Trachtenberg.
Cattrall's other film credits include '15 Minutes', 'Big Trouble in Little China' and 'Police Academy'.
