'Kill Bill' director Quentin Tarantino directed The Darkness' performance on US television last night.
NME.com reports that the band performed two songs on the 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' chat show with Tarantino sitting in as guest director.
Band members also paid tribute to Tarantino's work while they were being interviewed.
Tarantino's 'Kill Bill: Vol 2' opens in Irish cinemas on Friday 23 April.
The Darkness will headline this year's OXEGEN festival at Punchestown Racecourse in July.
