Oscar winner Charlize Theron is in talks to star in a new drama called 'Class Action' for 'Whale Rider' director Niki Caro.
Variety says that the film is a fictionalised version of a real-life legal case with Theron to play a mine worker who gets her female colleagues to take legal action against the verbal and physical harassment they have suffered.
If Theron agrees a deal, she will make the film after completing work on 'Aeon Flux' for 'Girlfight' director Karyn Kusama.
That movie will see Theron play a futuristic assassin and is due to begin shooting in Berlin in July.
