Police drama series 'The Shield' is the latest hit show set to become a video game.
The Hollywood Reporter says that Japanese video game publisher Sammy Studios has optioned the game rights to 'The Shield'.
The series' Golden Globe-winning star, Michael Chiklis, is in final talks about providing his voice and likeness for the game.
It is also reported that Sammy is in talks with other stars from the show.
