Rescue package secures Rose festival

The future of the Rose of Tralee festival has been secured after the festival committee received a number of significant financial donations.

The chief executive of the Rose of Tralee festival, Siobhan Hanley, said that they have received donations of about €200,000 in the past 24 hours.

Anthony O'Gara & Associates have now been given the task of restructuring the business.
