'American Beauty' star Mena Suvari is joining the cast of the acclaimed US TV series 'Six Feet Under'.
The Hollywood Reporter says that Suvari will star in six episodes, playing a student attending the same art college as Lauren Ambrose's character Claire Fisher.
The role reunites Suvari with Alan Ball, the Oscar-winning writer of 'American Beauty'.
Suvari will next be seen opposite Colin Firth in the thriller 'Trauma'; it is due to open in Ireland early next year.
