Actress Cameron Diaz has blocked the sale of topless photographs taken of her in 1992.
Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Alan Haber granted a permanent injunction banning photographer John Rutter from selling, possessing or publicising them.
This replaces a temporary ban put on the circulation of the pictures last July.
Rutter has also been criminally charged with trying to extort $3.3m from the 'Charlie's Angels' star over the photos.
