Love Actually gets New York premiere

British romantic comedy 'Love Actually' had its New York premiere last night.

Stars of the film, including Hugh Grant, Martine McCutcheon and Colin Firth, flew over to appear at the premiere.

'Love Actually' is written and directed by Richard Curtis, the writer of hit films 'Notting Hill' and 'Four Weddings and a Funeral'.

Set in the run up to Christmas, the film intertwines various love stories which all coincide on Christmas Eve.

'Love Actually' will open in Ireland on 27 November.
