'Lord of the Rings' star Orlando Bloom is to star alongside Gabriel Byrne and Bill Paxton in a new crime drama called 'Haven'.The Hollywood Reporter says the film takes place over a weekend as two businessmen (Byrne and Paxton) flee to the Cayman Islands to avoid federal prosecution.Their escape then sets off a chain of events, which leads to Bloom's character getting drawn into a crime. Shooting is scheduled to begin this month in the Cayman Islands.
Bloom will next be seen on Irish screens in the third 'Lord of the Rings' movie, 'The Return of the King'; it opens on 17 December.
