Bono has said that he will not sue Nancy Sinatra for recording a song that he wrote for her father Frank.
He says there is no truth whatsoever in newspaper reports claiming he had warned her not to use the song 'One Shot Happy, Two Shots Sad' on her new album.
U2 say the track is being covered by Nancy Sinatra with their full knowledge, and will be on her next album.
Bono planned to record the duet with Frank but he died before the recording could take place.
