Oscar winner Emma Thompson has joined the cast of the next Harry Potter film 'The Prisoner of Azkaban'.
The Hollywood Reporter says that Thompson will play Sybill Trelawney, an eccentric professor of divination at Hogwarts.
The film is directed by 'Y Tu Mamá También' helmer Alfonso Cuarón and also features Potter newcomers Gary Oldman, David Thewlis and Michael Gambon.
'Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban' is due to be released next June.
