'EastEnders' walked away with eight prizes from last night's Inside Soap Awards in London.
Shane Richie, who plays Queen Vic boss Alfie Moon, won four of the awards - Sexiest Male, Best Newcomer, Funniest Character and Best Soap Family as part of the Moon family.
The show, which is broadcast on RTÉ 1, took an Outstanding Achievement Award for actress June Brown, Best Actor for Steve McFadden and Jessie Wallace was named Sexiest Female for the second year running.
'EastEnders' also won the overall prize of Best Soap for the third year in a row.
'Coronation Street' was awarded five prizes including best storyline for its serial killer plot.
