Justin Timberlake leads the nominations for this year's MTV Europe Music Awards.
He has been nominated in five categories: Best Album, Best Song, Best Male, Pop and New Act.
Christina Aguilera and The White Stripes have each been nominated in four categories with Robbie Williams, Evanescence, 50 Cent and Sean Paul in three.
The White Stripes join Metallica, Radiohead, Coldplay and Evanescence on the Best Group shortlist.
Alongside Timberlake, the nominees for Best Album are: Christina Aguilera ('Stripped'), 50 Cent ('Get Rich or Die Tryin'), Robbie Williams ('Escapology') and The White Stripes ('Elephant').
The winners will be announced at a giant show in Edinburgh on 6 November.
