Coldplay lead the nominations for this year's Q Awards.
They have been nominated for Best Single ('Clocks'), Best Video ('The Scientist') and Best Live Performers in the entertainment magazine's annual awards.
They also make the shortlist for World's Best Act and face competition from Red Hot Chili Peppers, Foo Fighters and Blur.
Radiohead ('Hail to the Thief'), Blur ('Think Tank'), The White Stripes ('Elephant'), 50 Cent ('Get Rich or Die Tryin') and Feeder ('Comfort in Sound') have been nominated for Best Album.
The awards ceremony takes place in London on 2 October.
