Eminem is being sued by a 70-year-old Californian grandmother for unlawfully sampling music written by her late husband.
Harlene Stein alleges that the rapper used a piece of her husband Ronald's instrumental composition from the 1970 film 'Getting Straight' which starred Elliott Gould and Candice Bergen.
Eminem's song 'Guilty Conscience', from 1999's 'The Slim Shady LP', features samples from a 24-second piece of music called 'Pigs Go Home'.
Ronald Stein was not credited as the composer of the music and his widow (Stein died in 1988) did not receive any royalties.
