Hip-hop star Sean 'P Diddy' Combs is being sued by a cigar maker that claims he used footage revealing its secret rolling techniques in his latest video, 'Shake Ya Tailfeather' .
Moore & Bode Cigars claims a cameraman trespassed at its Miami factory and filmed its 'secret process' and the footage wound up in Combs' music video for the movie 'Bad Boys II', starring Will Smith and Martin Lawrence.
The lawsuit seeks at least $15,000 in damages from the rapper-producer, Bad Boys Entertainment Inc and the unknown camera operator.
