Coldplay, Justin Timberlake and Beyoncé were among the winners at last night's MTV Video Music Awards.
The 2003 awards ceremony took place at New York's Radio City Music Hall.
Timberlake and Coldplay each picked up three trophies with Timberlake taking home Best Male Video and Pop Video for 'Cry Me a River' and Best Dance Video for 'Rock Your Body' while Coldplay took the Best Group Video, Breakthrough Video and Best Direction awards for 'The Scientist'.
Beyoncé and 50 Cent walked away with two prizes each while Johnny Cash, who had been nominated six times for his 'Hurt' video, won Best Cinematography.
Duran Duran were the recipients of this year's Lifetime Achievement Award and Missy 'Misdemeanor' Elliott took Video of the Year for 'Work It'.
