Four new Bob Dylan songs are on the soundtrack of 'Masked and Anonymous', a film which also stars the legendary musician.
Directed by Larry Charles ('Seinfeld'), the film stars Dylan as an ageing rock legend who once wrote songs such as 'The Times They Are a Changin' and 'Like a Rolling Stone'.
The soundtrack features fourteen Bob Dylan songs, four of which are performed in the film by Dylan himself and especially created for the film.
'Dixie' and 'Diamond Joe' are traditional songs recorded and performed for the first time while 'Cold Irons Bound' and 'Down In The Flood' are new performances.
The film also stars Jeff Bridges, Penelope Cruz, John Goodman, Jessica Lange, Luke Wilson, features Angela Bassett and includes cameo appearances by Bruce Dern, Ed Harris, Val Kilmer, Cheech Marin, Chris Penn, Giovanni Ribisi and Mickey Rourke.
