Rocker Lenny Kravitz has formed his own record label, named in honour of his late mother.
Roxie Records releases will be distributed through Warner Bros, but Kravitz himself is still signed to Virgin Records.
Kravitz is due to release a new album, 'Funk', in the Autumn.
Vogue Magazine recently reported that Kravitz could also be considering a foray into fashion with the launch of his own clothes label.
