Kate Hudson and her husband, Chris Robinson, are expecting their first child.
The actress, who married the former Black Crowes frontman nearly three years ago, is the daughter of Oscar-winning Goldie Hawn.
This will be Hawn's first grandchild.
Since her breakthrough role as rock groupie Penny Lane in 'Almost Famous', Hudson has starred in 'About Adam' and 'How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days'.
