David Chase, creator and executive producer of hit TV show 'The Sopranos', has reached a deal with cable channel HBO for a sixth series.
The Hollywood Reporter says that the sixth series will consist of 10 episodes rather than the standard 13.
The fifth series of 'The Sopranos' is currently in production.
Work on the sixth will begin in 2005.
