'Holby City' star Laura Sadler, who fell 40ft from a balcony on Sunday, is still in a critical condition in hospital.
A spokesman for Charing Cross Hospital, where the 22-year-old actress, who plays nurse Sandy Harper in the series, is being treated in intensive care said: 'There has been no change in Laura Sadler's condition overnight and as of 6.30 this morning she remains critical.'
Laura's boyfriend and co-star George Calil has said he is 'absolutely devastated' after she was seriously injured in the fall from the balcony of his flat.
Calil, who plays her drug-dealer boyfriend Sean Hunt in the show, was arrested and questioned about the incident and is on police bail pending further inquiries.
He said in a statement: 'I am absolutely devastated about what has happened to my girlfriend Laura Sadler. 'She is the love of my life. I am so incredibly upset over this - I just cannot believe what has happened.'
