James Spader going into 'Practice'

Actor James Spader is in final talks to join the cast of US legal drama series 'The Practice'.

Spader is set to play the role of lawyer Alan Shore and joins the show following the departures of key cast members Dylan McDermott and Lara Flynn Boyle.

It is reported that the creator of 'The Practice', David E Kelley, had Spader in mind for the role after seeing his performance in the film 'Secretary'.
