Aiken Promotions have announced that they will relocate the Lisdoonvarna Festival.
On Tuesday, Clare County Council refused to grant a licence to the music festival which was due to take place on Saturday 28 June.
Peter Aiken of Aiken Promotions stated that they were "very disappointed at the decision."
The promoters will confirm details of an alternative venue within the next 72 hours.
Tickets already purchased will be valid for the new location.
