Angelina Jolie has donated £20,000 to refugees in Africa after cutbacks in humanitarian aid have caused food shortages.
Many of the 1.2 million refugees in Africa are receiving only half their normal monthly food rations.
Jolie, a UNHCR Goodwill ambassador, requested that £10,000 go towards feeding kits for children under five.
The rest of the money will be used to buy agricultural tools for refugees.
Jolie said: "I hope to encourage other people to make themselves aware of this crisis facing the refugees in Africa, and do what they can to help."
