David Gray has delayed his forthcoming US tour to headline the Sunday night of this year's Witnness festival.
In a statement Gray said: "We are playing Killarney in June and then Witnness on 13 July. Witnness will be our last gig in Ireland for quite a long time, and we are going to make a party out of it."
Witnness will take place at Punchestown Racecourse on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 July 2003.
Coldplay have already been confirmed as headliners for Saturday night.
Other bands that have been confirmed include the Manic Street Preachers, Har Mar Superstar, The Rapture, Laurent Garnier, DJ Sneak, Beth Gibbons and Rustin' Man.
Tickets are now on sale.
