Director Steven Soderbergh and actress Meg Ryan are to join the jury at this year's Cannes Film Festival.
Oscar winner Soderbergh ('Traffic') and rom-com star Ryan will be among the nine members of the jury to select this year's Palme d'Or winner.
The jury is headed by French director Patrice Chereau and also includes Indian actress and former Miss World Aishwarya Rai, veteran French actor Jean Rochefort, actress Karin Viard, Italian writer Erri De Luca, Bosnian director Danis Tanovic and Chinese director Jiang Wen.
The festival's main prize, last year the Palme d'Or was won by Roman Polanski's 'The Pianist'.
The Cannes Festival opens on 14 May. The Palme d'Or winner will be announced at the closing ceremony on 25 May.
