The death has taken place of actress Pat Leavy, who played Hannah Finnegan in RTÉ's 'Fair City' for the past 11 years.
Her career also included several leading roles in the Abbey Theatre and appearances in numerous feature films.
Pat, who was in her 60s, died suddenly yesterday.
She is survived by her husband and three children.
