EastEnders stars Steve McFadden and Lucy Benjamin have split up after three years together.
The pair played on-screen lovers Phil and Lisa in the soap.
Both actors have said they will remain friends and a spokesman for the couple said no other party was involved.
McFadden will be taking a year off from EastEnders from November, while Benjamin is set to star in panto this Christmas.
