Singer Kelly Osbourne has pulled out of tonight's NME awards because she is terrified of a terrorist attack on Britain.
The 18-year-old star of reality TV show 'The Osbournes' was due to perform at the event and to present an award at next week's Brits.
According to reports, she decided not to fly to the UK after her father Ozzy and mother Sharon told her they feared for her safety.
Her spokeswoman said, "Kelly's parents were in New York on September 11 when the Twin Towers came down so you can imagine how they feel."
